Drop Battery Magazine

This magazine consists of two magazines. The first being expense magazine no 1 which was constructed at Drop Battery shortly after 1853 this was expanded between 1858 and 1862 being made larger, this magazine was classed as a main magazine and was designated Western Heights 'G' in 1882.

The Battery was disarmed in 1886 with the magazines subsequently falling out of use.
