RAF Hawkinge Fuel Bunker

This fuel bunker was constructed in the 1930s to supply fuel for the planes flying from the airfield.

Within the bunker are two rooms. One that house the fuel tanks which were situated under the floor and the other being the plant room.

The bunker is one of the remaining structures left at the airfield.
